All of our posts are treated to UC4 standard not to be confused with the cheaper UC3 and “Green” treated ones which will not last as long

We have a range of the finest quality slow grown Scandinavian timber fence posts / fence stakes. They are suitable for a variety of uses on the farm, small holding or garden.

In addition to our range of round fence posts we also stock rectangular and square sections. The rectangular come in flat or pointed versions.

Good for supporting our galvanised mesh, stock fence, wire netting, chicken wire or PVC covered mesh on, or with our wooden rails in rectangular and half round sections for post and rail.

The 125mm diameter machine rounded posts are very substantial and strong posts and are ideal for heavy duty stock fencing.

Please note that wooden posts are susceptible to shrinkage and expansion which can cause cracks. The posts will still perform correctly despite their appearance.

There are several ways to fix, anchor or support fence posts which include using a metal post holder (or Metpost or post spike as they are also known), digging a hole and using concrete to secure the post, or post ramming which is a bit like pile driving for fencing.

Please note that wooden posts are susceptible to shrinkage and expansion which can cause cracks. The posts will still perform correctly.
